This is a luxury class A motor home situated on the banks of beautiful Phillippi Creek in Sarasota Florida, this is static and does not move. It has firestick TV, WiFi, Bose FM radio, , outside patio area with patio chairs and awning, All sheets, towels, soap, toilet rolls, and BBQ are all included. There are 2, one man Kayaks/paddle boards at the bottom of our yard which is on Phillippi Creek. This is all plumbed in and ready to go. It is 3 miles from beautiful Siesta Key. Look no further this new 2017 home will surely make your stay extremely comfortable. Large enclosed 12 x 28 Lanai overlooking the water with A/C is extremely relaxing and quiet.
