Villa Amalthea offers you a stunning sea view and is spread over 2 floors.
The property features a sea-view living room, a relaxation room with a sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests (maximum 7 adults + 1 child). Minimum age for guests is 25 years. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, workspace for home office, and a SPA bathroom area with a multi-person chromatic shower.
A crib and high chair are also available. Outside, you have a private area with an unheated whirlpool (2 m x 2 m x 1.5 m, for up to 5 people), whirlpool in the indoor bathroom, garden, open terrace with sunbathing area and outdoor shower, covered terrace, balcony, electric barbecue/grill, and mobile outdoor shower.
The property is just minutes from shops, restaurants, and bars.
Natural pools and Li Cossi beach are recommended. An uncovered parking space is available; garage parking for cars, motorbikes, and bikes is available on request.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Air conditioning is not available, and smoking is not permitted inside.
Bed linens, beach towels, and bath towels are available for an extra fee. The property follows waste separation and energy-saving lighting guidelines.
Pool preparation cannot be guaranteed for bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance. All services are detailed in the voucher.

Das Haus ist gross und gut ausgestattet.
Von der Terrasse sowie von den Schlafzimmern im oberen Stock aus hat man eine fantastische Meersicht (inkl. Sonnenuntergang).
Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die tollen Strände des Ortes, u.a. Li Cossi, zu besuchen.
Whirlpool funktionierte nicht einwandfrei (Wasser heizte nicht richtig auf, was im Sommer indes nicht so problematisch ist).
Defekte Aussenlampen wurden trotz Meldung nicht repariert.
Wünschenswert wären mehr Liegestühle (lediglich ein Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse und ein Klappstuhl im Innenhof).
Sehr geringer Wasserdruck in Dusche und Badewanne.
Schöne Aussicht und dann wird es schwierig, Positives zu benennen....

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mängel wurden gemeldet und bis auf eine Ausnahme während unseres dreiwöchigen Aufenthaltes nicht behoben. Pool/Jacuzzi funktionierte schon seit längerer Zeit nicht. Das Haus hat keinen Garten - ist nicht eingezäunt. Dies ist bei einem Aufenthalt mit kleinere...
