The 20 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 2 people.
Additional amenities include a TV. The private outdoor area features a garden with an outdoor shower and a covered terrace, ideal for barbecues or relaxing on the deck chairs while admiring the sea view.
A second uncovered terrace is available for shared use. The nearest beach, Spiaggia Longa, is only a 5-minute drive away (2.9 km), while many other beaches and romantic bays await you in the surroundings.
In Isola Rossa, just 2.5 km away, you will find several restaurants, cafés, bars, and three supermarkets.
Olbia Airport can be reached in about 90 minutes by car (78 km). Parking is available both on the property and on the street.
There is a shared laundry area with two washing machines, available for an extra fee. Wi-Fi is not available.

Je hebt hier een erg mooi uitzicht op zee en heel fijn is de buiten douche. Het is dichtbij zee en de mooie witte zandstranden!
De inrichting van het huisje is nagenoeg erg gedateerd en ook het keukengerei is erg oud , maar na goed overleg met de eigenaar is het een en ander opgelost en gaan ze het verder aanpakken dus fijn voor de volgende gasten.

Bonne fluidité et administration de la location par Holidu.
Petite maisonnette de type ancienne bergerie aménagée avec mur en pierre, vue très belle sur la mer et Isola Rossa.
Tranquillité et silence.
Situation bien placée pour découvrir la région N-W de Santa Teresa à Alghero.
Confort un peu "roots" mais ça peut faire partie du charme et de l'expérience.
