Additional amenities include a TV and a fan.
The private outdoor area of the house includes a garden with outdoor shower and a furnished terrace.
Here you can barbecue together or relax on one of the deck chairs and enjoy the lateral sea view.
The nearest beach (Spiaggia Longa) is only a 5-minute drive (2.9km) away.
Numerous other beaches and romantic bays in the area are waiting to be discovered by you.
In Isola Rossa, also only about 2.5km away, there are also several restaurants, cafes, bars and 3 supermarkets.
Olbia airport can be reached in just under 90 minutes (78km) by car.
