A café can be found only 30 m away, a supermarket is located a 5-minute drive (3.5 km) away, a bakery can be found after a 6-minute drive (4.2 km), and there are several restaurants within a 6-minute drive (4 km).
From the property, the closest beach, Strandbad West in Überlingen, is an 8-minute drive (4.8 km) away, where you can take swims in the clear blue water and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain panorama.
The charming centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades and a thermal bath in a 7-minute drive (4.7 km) away.
Other beaches can be found in Sipplingen (an 11-minute drive or 8.7 km) and Ludwigshafen after a 13-minute drive (11.7 km).
