The cosy holiday flat "Maria Feucht" is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Überlingen and is only a few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Constance.
The 30 m² large apartment is on the 2nd floor and consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and thus offers space for 2 persons.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television and a hair dryer.
On the furnished balcony you can start the day with coffee and breakfast while enjoying a wonderful view of the lake.
The communally used garden also invites you to relax.
The next supermarket is only 800 m away, a bakery and a restaurant are within 9-10 minutes walking distance.
The nearest beach, Strandbad West, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the fantastic panorama, is only a 9-minute walk away.
The well-kept park with deer enclosure, which is only a 7-minute walk away, has a shady picnic area and a viewpoint, while the charming centre of Überlingen with its beautiful architecture, lively promenades and a thermal spa is only about 1.2 km away.
From the ferry pier in Meersburg, a 20-minute drive away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town.

Bei Regen konnten wir nicht auf der Dachterasse sitzen

Sehr tolle Lage und zu Fuß in 10 Min am See und 15 Min zur Therme oder Seepromenade/Altstadt.
Für Notfälle Krankenhaus auch in direkter Nachbarschaft.
Strandbad Ost ist sehr schön. Kinderfreundlich. Umkleide gut u. Abschließbare Spinde, sehr gut.
Dachgeschoß, sehr warm. Dank Ventilator gut auszuhalten. Nacht können alle Fenster geöffnet werden, guter Durchzug zum Abkühlen
Das Haus lag sehr ruhig und trotzdem nah an der Altstadt
