Lake Lucerne lies in the middle of Central Switzerland and is thus the cultural and economic centre. The beautiful complex is surrounded by extensive meadows and woods and appears almost like a fairy tale, with its stately 18th century castle, the castle chapel and the lovingly maintained castle gardens.
