How Can I Review My Guest for a Holidu booking?
Reviews are central to your hosting experience. To make things easier, here’s how to tell the difference between reviewing a guest and replying to a guest review.
- Reviewing a guest → you write feedback about the guest (Airbnb, Vrbo).
- Replying to a guest review → you respond publicly to what a guest wrote about your property (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com).
Platform Overview
- On Holidu, hosts cannot review guests or reply to guest reviews.
- On Booking.com, hosts cannot review guests either, but they can reply to guest reviews using the Holidu Review Response Tool.
- On other connected channels (such as Ferienwohnungen.de, Google, Spain-Holiday, Sportihome, Urlaubsguru), hosts cannot review guests or reply to reviews.
Can I Review Guests on Booking.com?
No, hosts cannot leave public reviews for guests on Booking.com. However, Booking.com tracks guest reliability internally. If a guest receives repeated complaints, it can limit their ability to book again.
Can I Review Guests on Holidu or Other Channels?
No, Holidu and these connected platforms do not currently allow guest reviews.
