If you need to stop receiving new bookings for a while, you don't have to delete your account or remove your property. You can block specific dates in your calendar or unpublish your property. Your details, settings, and reviews stay saved so you can return whenever you're ready.

How do I pause bookings without removing my property?

The easiest and most flexible option is to block your calendar. Blocking prevents guests from booking the dates you select, while your property stays active and visible on all channels.

Blocking your calendar is ideal if:

• You're taking a short break
• You need time for small repairs or upgrades
• You expect to reopen soon
• You want your property to remain visible and ready for later

How do I unpublish my property?

If you prefer your property not to appear on Holidu or partner channels for a while, you can unpublish it. This hides your property everywhere but keeps your information intact, so you can republish it at any time.

Note: Unpublishing must be done by the host.

1. Log in to your Holidu Host account.
2. Go to Properties and choose the property.
3. Scroll to Advanced Settings.
4. Click Unpublish and confirm.

Once unpublished, your property will stop receiving new bookings, while your details, history, and settings remain available in your account.

What happens to my information?

Whether you block your calendar or unpublish your property, you can still:

• Log in and access your Holidu account
• Review booking and payment history
• View and edit your property details
• Reactivate your property whenever you choose

Some booking data must be retained for legal and operational purposes, such as invoices, complaints, and upcoming stays. Your account stays accessible even when the property is unavailable.

How do I request permanent deletion of my data?

If you are sure you no longer want to use Holidu, you can request permanent deletion of your personal data.

Important: Once deleted, your account, properties, messages, and booking history cannot be recovered.

If your goal is simply to pause hosting, we recommend blocking your calendar instead.

How do I keep my property list organized?

If you only want to see active properties, use the filter at the top of your property list.

• Select "Published properties" to show only your currently active properties.
• This keeps your dashboard focused and easier to navigate.

Filtering only changes what you see. It does not affect how your property appears on channels.
