In November 2023, Bookiply officially rebranded to Holidu. Here's what you need to know: this is only a name and design change. Nothing changes in how you use the app, the services provided, or your support team.

By uniting under the Holidu name, we're strengthening a brand that's already well known among guests worldwide. This means more traffic, better visibility for your properties, and more opportunities for bookings.

What this means for you

• Same services: Holidu offers everything Bookiply did before. Nothing changes in terms of tools, features, or support.
• No action required: Your property configuration, contracts, and bookings all remain unchanged.
• App and login: Continue logging in as usual via https://host.holidu.com/app/login with the same credentials. The Bookiply app has automatically become Holidu.
• Bookings and invoices: All existing bookings remain valid. Invoices are now issued under Holidu but with the same conditions as before.
• Guest communication: Emails to guests now include the Holidu brand name to avoid confusion.
• Your team: Your account manager, the Customer Happiness Team, and all local offices remain exactly the same.
