The professional photography service is only available in Focus Regions. In certain areas, the service may not be available. Availability depends on photographer coverage in the specific geographic area. Additionally, not all properties are automatically eligible for this service.

How Professional Photography Works

• Professional photos cannot be reviewed before publication on your listing. The photography team is responsible for selecting and organizing images according to portal performance data.
• All hosts, including those with Holidu professional photos, can fully manage their photo galleries.
• Holidu keeps a backup of all professional photos. If you accidentally delete a professional photo, you can contact support to restore it.
• Professional photographs are Holidu property and are not available for purchase by hosts.

If you prefer to upload your own photos or want to add additional images to your gallery, follow these guidelines for best results:

• Gallery Order Matters: The first picture in your gallery will be used as the main display photo across partner sites. Consider the impact of your gallery order on booking performance by using high-quality, well-lit photos for your cover shot and first few images.
• Format and Size: Only JPG and PNG image formats are supported. Images must be in landscape format.
• Image Resolution: Minimum resolution of 1,024 x 768 pixels is required. We recommend a resolution of 2,000 pixels for high-quality images.
• Lighting: Use good lighting to capture the best snapshots of your property.
• Composition: Use wide angles to capture the full scope of your property.
• Quantity: Provide a minimum of 10 photographs for your listing.
• Video: It is not possible to upload videos of the property. Only images are supported.

2. Click the Pictures tab in the property navigation bar.
3. To add new photos: Click the Add Photo button and follow the prompts to upload images from your device.
4. To delete photos: Hover over the photo you want to remove, click the Actions menu (three dots), and select Delete. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Note that Holidu keeps a backup of all photos, so deleted images can be restored upon request if needed.
5. To reorder images: Click and hold a photo, then drag it to your desired position in the gallery. Drop it to save the new order.
6. Click Save changes after making any modifications to ensure your updates are applied to your listing.
