- Complete any required details in the pop-up form that appears (such as reason for blocking if applicable).

- Prevent double bookings: Keeping your calendar updated ensures guests cannot book dates that are already blocked or reserved.
- Plan cleaning time: If you require at least one day to clean between guests, manually block that date as soon as possible. There is currently no automatic cleaning buffer feature available. Block the date if you do not want the same-day check-in on a check-out day.
- Lead time control: Holidu does not currently offer automated opening or closing of bookings based on lead time (such as blocking dates automatically after 9, 12, or 18 months). You must manually block or unblock dates to control availability beyond certain timeframes.
- Maximize occupancy: Regularly review and adjust your calendar blocks to avoid missing potential booking opportunities.
- Price control option: If you want more granular control over your availability and pricing, consider opting out of the copy price campaign and setting prices only for periods when you wish to accept bookings.
