HomeToGo is a holiday rental marketplace that operates in over 25 countries. If your property is listed on Holidu, it is automatically available on HomeToGo and its partner sites, and Holidu handles bookings, payments, and payouts for these reservations.
What is HomeToGo?
HomeToGo operates in over 25 countries across Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia-Pacific. It connects millions of travellers with holiday homes around the world. Listing on HomeToGo can help you grow your bookings and improve the visibility of your property.
How does HomeToGo affect my listing?
If your property is listed on Holidu, it is automatically available on HomeToGo and its partner sites. Here is how it works:
- Holidu manages guest payments, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations for HomeToGo bookings.
- Payouts and invoices for HomeToGo bookings are processed through Holidu, just as they are for other distribution channels.
- Your listing follows the main cancellation policy set in Holidu. To update it, see our Help Center. Changes apply across all distribution channels except Booking.com and Airbnb, where you can set specific policies.
What happens if I need to cancel a HomeToGo booking?
Cancellations for HomeToGo bookings follow the same booking cancellation process as any other Holidu booking. You do not need a separate process for HomeToGo reservations.
How do I find my property on HomeToGo?
To view your listing on HomeToGo, search for it directly on the HomeToGo website:
- Enter the city name and navigate to your property's location on the map.
- Make sure you search for available booking dates, as your listing only appears in results for open dates.
Can I opt out of HomeToGo?
We recommend keeping HomeToGo active so your property reaches more travellers with no extra effort on your part. If you prefer not to list on HomeToGo and its partner sites, you can deactivate the channel from your Holidu account.
Staying active on HomeToGo helps your property reach more travellers searching for stays in your region. For more information, visit the Holidu Help Center.
