Check24 is one of Germany's largest price comparison platforms, and it includes holiday rentals. With over 20 million customers, it gives your listing extra exposure and helps you attract more bookings from German travellers. We recommend keeping the Check24 distribution channel activated.

How does Check24 work with Holidu?

Holidu handles Check24 bookings for you, so you don't need to manage them separately.

• Guest payments, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations are managed by Holidu.
• Payouts and invoices are processed through Holidu, just like other distribution channels.
• Cancellation policy: Your listing follows the main cancellation policy you set in Holidu. Changes apply to all distribution channels except Booking.com and Airbnb, where you can set specific policies.

What happens if a Check24 booking is cancelled?

Cancellations for Check24 bookings follow the same process as any other Holidu booking cancellation.

How can I find my property on Check24?

Search for your listing directly on the Check24 holiday rentals website.

• Enter the city name and find your property's location on the map.
• Search for available dates, as your listing only appears when dates are open.

Can I opt out of Check24?

You can, but we recommend staying active on Check24 to increase your property's visibility with no extra effort. If you still want to opt out, go to the "Distribution channels" tab, click "Channel terms," and then select "Deactivate channel" at the bottom of the page.
