How Does Check24 Work With Holidu?

When your property is listed on Check24 through Holidu, we handle all the administrative work for you. Here's what that means:

• Holidu manages guest payments, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations for Check24 bookings
• Payouts and invoices are processed through Holidu, just like other distribution channels
• Your listing follows your main cancellation policy set in Holidu, which applies across all channels except Booking.com and Airbnb

How Do I Find My Property on Check24?

To view your listing on Check24, search directly on their website at ferienwohnung.check24.de. Enter your city name, navigate to your property's location on the map, and search for available booking dates to see your listing.

What Happens If I Need to Cancel a Check24 Booking?

Cancellations for Check24 bookings follow the same process as any other Holidu booking cancellation, with your cancellation policy applied automatically.

Can I Opt Out of Check24?

We recommend keeping Check24 active to increase your property's visibility with no extra effort on your part. However, you can deactivate the channel anytime by going to the Distribution Channels tab, clicking Channel Terms, and selecting Deactivate Channel at the end of the page. By staying active on Check24, you improve your chances of attracting more bookings from German travellers.
