- All existing manual blocks from your Feratel calendar manually entered into your Holidu calendar (manual blocks in Feratel do NOT sync automatically)
Step-by-Step Connection Instructions
Step 1: Access Feratel Deskline Webclient
Log in to your Feratel Deskline Webclient using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Interface Management
In the left menu, navigate to Datenwartung → Schnittstellenwartung and click on the Schnittstellen für automatische Datenwartung tab.
Step 3: Search for Holidu
In the search bar, type Holidu to locate the Holidu connection option.

If you have connected Holidu with other portals using iCal, those bookings are exported to Feratel. However, bookings from Feratel will not sync through iCal to your other calendars. To synchronize Feratel bookings on other calendars, use Feratel's own iCal link.
Content Not Synced
Photos, descriptions, and property details are not synced between systems. You must maintain and update this information separately in both Holidu and Feratel.
Checking Your Connection Status
In Holidu
Go to iCal & Synchronisation for your property. The status should display Synchronization is active. If it shows Pending, refresh the page and check again.
In Feratel
Navigate to Schnittstellenwartung and confirm that Holidu is listed as an active connection.
