You can activate Holidu Protect for each property individually. Log in to your Holidu Host account, open the property configuration under Pricing & Protection, and click Configure in the "Protect your Property" section. Accept the Terms & Conditions and click "Activate Holidu Protect." Protection then applies to all future bookings at that property.

Step-by-step guide to activating Holidu Protect

1. Log in to your Holidu Host account and open the property configuration for the holiday home you want to protect.

2. Click on Pricing & Protection in the property settings. In the "Protect your Property" section, click Configure.

   

3. Read through the information about Holidu Protect and accept the Terms & Conditions.

   

4. Click on "Activate Holidu Protect." You will see a confirmation that Holidu Protect was activated successfully.

   

What happens after I activate Holidu Protect?

After you confirm, Holidu Protect is immediately active for all future bookings at that property. If you have security deposits in place for that property, they will be deactivated.

How do I deactivate Holidu Protect?

You can deactivate Holidu Protect for any property at any time through your Holidu Host account. Holidu Protect is managed per property, so changes you make to one property do not affect your other properties.
