What are check-in and check-out restrictions?

Check-in and check-out restrictions control two important aspects of your bookings: the days of the week guests can arrive or leave, and the specific hours when arrivals and departures are permitted. While restrictions help organize your schedule, we recommend offering maximum flexibility wherever possible to improve booking chances.

How to set check-in and check-out times

1. Log in to your Holidu account and select your property
2. Navigate to Configuration and select General Info
3. Scroll to the Check-in and Check-out time section
4. Click Edit
5. Enter your preferred check-in window (for example, 16:00–20:00) and check-out time (for example, 10:00)
6. Click Save to confirm

How to set check-in and check-out day restrictions

You can configure day restrictions from two locations in your dashboard.

Option 1: From the Pricing section

1. Go to Configuration and scroll down to Pricing
2. Find the season you want to update and click Edit
3. Select the days you want to allow for check-in and check-out, or use Select/Deselect all for the entire week
4. Click Save

Option 2: From the Calendar section

1. Go to Calendar and select the period to modify
2. Click Edit on the season shown on the right
3. Choose specific days or click Select/Deselect all
4. Click Save to finalize
