6. Optionally, click "Improve with AI" to rewrite your instructions into a clear, structured format.
7. Save your changes, then use the Language Selector to translate your instructions into all supported languages.

Will guests receive my arrival instructions automatically?

Yes. Your arrival details are sent to guests automatically after they confirm a booking. If a guest's language is supported, they receive the translated version.

What if I change arrival instructions after a guest has booked?

You must inform that guest personally about the changes, because automatic delivery only covers the details sent at confirmation.
