How can I add arrival instructions?

Adding clear arrival instructions helps your guests have a smooth check-in experience. Follow these simple steps to set up and update your arrival information in your Holidu Hosts account.

Steps to add arrival instructions

1. Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property.
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Configuration.
3. Scroll down and select Arrival Information.
4. Click Edit to add or update details such as:
   • Key collection information
   • Directions to the property
   • Special check-in instructions
5. Save your changes.

Improve your instructions with AI

When editing arrival information, you'll see an "Improve with AI" button. This tool rewrites your check-in instructions into a clear, structured format that guests will automatically receive in their confirmation emails.

Translate your instructions

After saving, use the Language Selector to translate your arrival instructions into all supported languages. Guests will automatically receive the version matching their language preference.

Important notes

• Your arrival information is automatically sent to guests after they confirm a booking.
• If you update arrival details after bookings are made, you must personally inform those guests about the changes.
• Contact information for check-in (name, phone number, and email) should be accurate and current.
