How can I add arrival instructions?

Clear arrival instructions help guests have a smooth check-in experience. You can set up and update arrival information in your Holidu Hosts account in just a few steps.

Steps to add arrival instructions

1. Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property.
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Configuration.
3. Scroll down and select Arrival Information.
4. In the Contact Information section, click Edit to update check-in contact details (name, phone number, and email).
5. In the Arrival Information section, click Edit to add details such as key collection information, directions to the property, and special check-in instructions.
6. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Improve your instructions with AI

When editing arrival information, you'll see an "Improve with AI" button. This tool rewrites your check-in instructions into a clear, structured format that guests will receive in their confirmation emails.

Translate your instructions

After saving, you'll be prompted to use the Language Selector to translate your instructions into all supported languages. Guests automatically receive the translated version if their language is available.

Important to know

• Arrival information is automatically sent to guests after they confirm a booking.
• If you update arrival details after bookings are made, you must inform those guests personally about the changes.
• Guests receive translated versions of your instructions based on their language preference.
