Attract more guests with discounts

Configure your discount settings in your Holidu Host Account under Configuration → Discounts. Choose from these options:

• First 3 bookings discount — automatically applied to your first 3 bookings
• Mobile Discount — attracts guests booking from mobile devices
• Loyalty Discount — 10% fixed discount for frequent travelers (only available for properties with minimum 3 reviews in both Holidu and Booking.com with an average score of 7.5 or higher)
• Early Bird Discount — for guests who book in advance; you set the lead time
• Last-Minute Discount — fill availability with short-notice bookings
• Weekly Discount — rewards longer stays of 7 nights or more
• Direct booking discount — offer a small discount when guests book directly on your website or through your embedded booking module

Flexible stay options help you maximize occupancy year-round:

• Fill short gaps between reservations — fills calendar gaps with short stays at your chosen price uplift
• Accept short stays for full-stay pay — allows bookings for fewer nights than your minimum while keeping earnings intact
• Lower your minimum stay for last-minute dates — automatically reduces the minimum stay requirement as check-in approaches

How to configure your settings

You set the percentages, windows, and minimums based on your property's needs. Holidu's pricing recommendations are based on local market data to help you match each setting to demand in your area. Your local team is also available to advise on strategy.

Access your discount settings in your Holidu Host dashboard under Configuration → Discounts. Select Configure, adjust your parameters, and click Activate to save your changes.
