How does the Star Host Program work?

Holidu evaluates every host automatically on a monthly basis to check whether you meet the Star Host criteria. To qualify, you need to meet all three of the following standards:

• Complete at least 6 bookings: You need more than five non-cancelled bookings that were made within the past 365 days and where the stay has been completed. At least one of these bookings must have been made through the Holidu platform.
• Maintain high guest ratings: You need at least three reviews with an average score above 90 out of 100.
• Avoid cancellations due to host error: Your record must be free of cancellations caused by host error or overbooking incidents over the past year.

Note: The 365-day window applies to the booking date, not the stay date. Bookings made more than a year ago do not count toward Star Host status, even if the guest stayed recently.

When you keep meeting these standards, you can earn and retain the Star Host badge. The badge shows guests that you are committed to quality and reliability.

What are the benefits of being a Star Host?

Superhost status belongs to Holidu's Airbnb accounts, not to individual hosts. Because Holidu manages listings on Airbnb, hosts cannot apply for or receive Superhost status directly.

Your individual performance is recognized through the Holidu Star Host Program instead. This program highlights you as a top-performing host based on your guest reviews, completed bookings, and reliability.

How often is my Star Host status reviewed?

Your status is reviewed monthly. Because the program looks at bookings from the past 365 days and cancellations from the past year, your status can change from month to month as older bookings and reviews fall outside these windows. Keeping a consistent record of completed stays, strong guest reviews, and reliable bookings helps you retain the badge over time.
