How do I create a new property listing?

We're excited that you want to add a new property to Holidu! It's quick and easy to do directly from your account. Just follow these simple steps to get your property live.

Step-by-step guide to create your property listing

1. Log in to your account

Start by logging into your Holidu host account. Once you're in, click on "Properties" to begin the process.

2. Click "Add Property"

You'll see the "+ Add Property" button in the top left corner. Click on this to start setting up your new listing.

3. Choose your property structure

Select whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or a multi-unit property (several units at the same address).

4. Indicate if property is already listed

Tell us whether your property is already listed on other booking platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb. This helps us manage your listing more effectively.

5. Name your property

Give your property a clear, descriptive name that potential guests will easily understand.

6. Select property type and guest capacity

Choose your property type from options like Finca, apartment, chalet, vacation home, villa, or hotel-apartment. Then specify the maximum number of guests it can accommodate.

Important: Hotel rooms and rentals where you reside in the same property during a guest's stay cannot be listed on Holidu.

7. Add your property location

Enter your property's full address and provide the geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) to help us pinpoint it accurately on our map.

8. Enter your email address

Provide the email address associated with your Holidu account.

9. Request publication

Click the "Request Publication" button to submit your listing for review.

What happens next?

After you request publication, your Account Manager will contact you to complete all necessary details and finalize the process. This ensures your property is set up correctly and ready to receive bookings.
