Creating a new property listing on Holidu is straightforward. Follow these steps to get your property online and start receiving bookings.

Step-by-step guide to creating your property listing

1. Log in to your account

Start by logging into your Holidu host account. Once logged in, navigate to the "Properties" section from your dashboard.

2. Add a new property

Click the "+ Add Property" button (desktop) or "+ Add" button (mobile app) to begin creating your listing.

3. Choose your property structure

Select whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or multi-unit (several units at the same address).

4. Import existing listing information (optional)

If your property is already listed on platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb, you can import existing information to speed up the setup process. This saves time and ensures consistency across platforms.

5. Enter your property name

Give your property a clear, descriptive name that helps potential guests understand what you're offering.

6. Select property type and guest capacity

Choose your property type (finca, apartment, chalet, vacation home, villa, hotel-apartment, etc.) and specify the maximum number of guests. Your declared guest capacity must match or be lower than your total sleeping places once you configure rooms and beds.

Important: Hotel rooms and rentals where you reside during a guest's stay cannot be listed on Holidu.

7. Add your property location

Enter your full address and adjust the map pin to mark your exact property location. Accurate location information helps guests find and trust your listing.

8. Provide host email address (property managers only)

If you're managing properties for others, enter the host account email address associated with this property.

What happens next?

After completing these basic steps, your property is created. You'll then need to fully configure your listing by adding photos, detailed descriptions, house rules, and amenities before requesting publication.

Once you click "Request Publication," your Account Manager will review your listing details and complete final setup before publishing your property across Holidu's distribution channels.
