How can I list my property on Holidu?

Starting your hosting journey on Holidu is straightforward. First, verify that your property is located in one of our covered European markets. We currently operate in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, and Croatia.

Get started in 3 steps

1. Visit https://www.holidu.com/host and create your host account
2. Click "Create a new property" and complete your property setup with required details
3. Submit all necessary documentation and wait for approval from our team

What happens after you submit?

Your listing enters a verification process. Our team reviews your property information, photos, amenities, and required legal documentation. Once approved, you'll receive an email notification, and your listing becomes visible on Holidu and partner sites. Review timeframes typically take several business days.

Why isn't my property published yet?

New listings aren't published immediately. Your property may remain in pending status if required information is missing (address, photos, amenities), legal documentation is incomplete, or account verification needs completion. Ensure all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk are filled before submission.
