How can I list my property on Holidu?
Getting your property listed on Holidu is straightforward. If your property is located in one of our coverage areas, we'll guide you through a simple registration and verification process.
Check if your property qualifies
Holidu currently operates in the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, and Croatia. If your property is in one of these countries, you can proceed with listing.
Start your registration
To begin, visit holidu.com/host and complete the registration form. You'll need to provide your property address, contact details, and bank information. If you use your own channel manager, submit the form there as well.
What happens next
After submission, your property enters our verification process. Our team will review your information and documentation to ensure everything meets our platform standards. This typically takes several business days.

- Local legal documentation (such as business licenses or tax registration)
When will your listing go live
Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation. Your property will then become visible on Holidu and our partner platforms. If you haven't heard from us after several business days, contact our sales team.
