How can I list my property on Holidu?

Getting your property on Holidu is straightforward. We operate in selected European countries, so the first step is to verify that your property location is in one of our covered markets.

Holidu currently lists properties in the following countries:

  • Portugal
  • Italy
  • Greece
  • Germany
  • France
  • Austria
  • Croatia

How to get started

If your property is located in one of these countries, follow these steps to create your listing:

  1. Visit https://www.holidu.com/host to create your host account
  2. Click "Create a new property" in your dashboard
  3. Complete all required property information and upload photos
  4. Submit your listing for review

Note: If you already use a separate channel manager tool, you still need to submit the form on our platform.

Understanding the publication process

New listings go through a verification and onboarding process before being published. Your listing will remain in pending or review status until all required information and documentation are approved by our team.

Why is my property not published yet?

There are several reasons your listing might not be live:

  • Location outside covered markets: If your property address is outside our operating countries, you will receive an email notification
  • Missing property details: Complete address, high-quality photos, and full amenities list are required
  • Incomplete documentation: Legal requirements vary by country and must be verified
  • Account verification needed: Identity verification and valid bank details are mandatory
  • Quality or compliance issues: Your property must align with platform guidelines and local regulations

Common setup issues

If you get stuck during the listing setup process, check the following:

  • All mandatory fields are completed (marked with an asterisk)
  • Bank and tax information is accurate and fully provided
  • You have not missed any documentation requests from our team
  • Your identity verification is complete

How long does publication take?

Once you submit all required information and documentation, our local team reviews your property. After approval, you will receive a confirmation email and your listing becomes visible on Holidu and our partner sites. Review timeframes vary depending on your country and completeness of your submission.
