How can I list my property on Holidu?
Getting your property on Holidu is straightforward. Here's everything you need to know to get started as a host.
Check if your property location is covered
Holidu currently operates in selected European countries. Before you begin, verify that your property is located in one of our covered markets:
Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, and Croatia.
If your property is in one of these countries, you're ready to proceed. If not, we'll be in touch when we expand to your area.
How to create your listing
Follow these simple steps to list your property:
- Visit holidu.com/host to create your host account
- Complete your registration with your details
- Click "Create a new property"
- Fill in all required information including address, photos, and amenities
- Submit your property for review
If you already use a channel manager tool, still submit the form on our platform.
What happens after you submit?
Your listing enters a verification process. Our team reviews all details to ensure quality and compliance with local regulations. You'll receive an email once your property is approved and published on Holidu and our partner sites.
Review timeframes vary depending on market and documentation completeness.
Why might my listing be delayed?
- Missing required property details (photos, amenities, description)
- Incomplete or unverified legal documentation
- Account verification needed (identity check, valid bank details)
- Property address outside our covered markets
