Getting your property on Holidu is straightforward. We operate in selected European countries, so the first step is confirming your property is in one of our covered regions.

How to get started

If your property is located in one of our covered countries, follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://www.holidu.com/host to create your host account
  2. Click "Create a new property"
  3. Complete your property setup with all required information
  4. Submit your listing for verification

Your listing will not be published immediately. It enters a review process to ensure quality and compliance with local regulations.

What happens after you submit?

Once submitted, your listing goes through our verification and onboarding process. Your property remains in pending status until:

  • All required property details are provided (address, photos, amenities)
  • Legal documentation is verified (varies by country)
  • Account information is confirmed (identity check, bank details)
  • Our team approves your listing

After approval, you'll receive an email notification and your listing becomes visible on Holidu and our partner sites.

Common questions

Why is my property not published yet?

New listings may stay in review for several reasons:

  • Missing mandatory property information or photos
  • Incomplete legal documentation or tax information
  • Account verification pending
  • Property doesn't meet platform or local regulatory guidelines
  • Your location is outside our currently covered countries

I'm stuck during the setup process

Check that you've completed all mandatory fields (marked with * or highlighted in red). Ensure your bank details, tax information, and identity verification are all submitted. If you still need help, contact our sales team.

How long does the approval process take?

Review timeframes vary depending on completeness of your submission and local requirements. If you haven't heard back after several business days, reach out to our sales team for an update.
