How can I list my property on Holidu?

We're thrilled you're interested in listing your property with Holidu! Here's everything you need to know to get started.

Check if your property is in our service areas

Holidu currently operates in 8 European countries. First, verify your property location matches one of our focus regions:

• Spain
• Portugal
• Italy
• Greece
• Germany
• France
• Austria
• Croatia

If your property is outside these countries, we'll contact you when we expand to your area.

Register your property

If your property is in one of our covered countries, visit holidu.com/host to begin the registration process. If you use your own channel manager, submit the form there as well.

What happens after you submit?

New listings aren't published immediately. Our team reviews your submission to ensure it meets our standards and local regulations. Your property will remain in "pending" or "review" status until we receive and approve all required information.

Why is my listing not published yet?

Publication may be delayed if:

• Your property is located outside our focus countries
• Required details are missing, such as address, photos, or amenities
• Legal documentation is incomplete or unverified
• Account information needs verification
• The property doesn't meet our platform guidelines

I'm stuck during setup

Check that all mandatory fields are completed and that your bank, tax, and identity information is verified. If you're unable to proceed, contact our sales team for personal assistance.

When will my listing go live?

After submitting all required documentation, our team will review your property. Once approved, you'll receive an email notification and your listing will appear on Holidu and our partner sites. Allow several business days for review.
