How do I list my property on Holidu?

To list your property, first confirm it is in one of our covered countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, or Croatia. Then create your host account and set up your property.

1. Go to holidu.com/host and create your account.
2. Click "Create a new property".
3. Enter your property details, including the address, photos, and amenities.
4. Submit any required documents, such as your business license or the NRA registration number in Spain.
5. Wait for our team to review your listing.

How long does it take for my listing to go live?

New listings are reviewed manually, so they are not published immediately. Once your information and documents are approved, you will receive an email confirming that your listing is live. If you have not heard back after several business days, contact our Sales team.

Why is my property not published yet?

• The property is located outside our covered countries.
• Required details, photos, or amenities are missing.
• Legal documents or account information, such as bank details, are incomplete.

Who can I contact for help with my listing?

Email our Sales team at sales@holidu.com with your name, phone number, and the location of your properties. If your property is outside our current markets, we will contact you when we expand to your area.
