Getting your property listed on Holidu is straightforward. We operate in selected European markets, so first check if your property is in one of our covered regions.

Getting started

If your property is in one of our covered areas, follow these steps:

1. Visit https://www.holidu.com/host to create your account
2. Complete the registration form with your property details and location
3. Click "Create a new property" once you're logged in
4. Fill in all required property information and submit documentation

What happens after you submit

New listings go through a verification and onboarding process. Your listing will remain in pending or review status until all required information and documentation are submitted and approved. Our team will review your property details to ensure quality and compliance with local regulations.

Why your listing might not be published yet

Publication may take time if:

• Your property is outside our covered markets
• Required property details are missing (address, photos, amenities)
• Legal documentation is incomplete or unverified
• Account information needs verification (identity check, valid bank details)

Stuck during setup?

Check that all mandatory fields are completed, marked with an asterisk or red highlight. Ensure your bank, tax, and identity information is complete. If you need help, contact our Sales team at sales@holidu.com with your name, phone number, and property location.

When will your listing go live?

After approval, you'll receive an email notification and your listing will become visible on Holidu and our partner sites. Review timeframes vary, so allow several business days for response.

If your property isn't in one of our current regions, we'll contact you when we expand to your area.
