What payment methods does Holidu accept?

You can pay for your booking with any of the following methods:

• Credit card: We accept all major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Carte Bancaire is also accepted for guests in France.
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• SEPA direct debit: Available for guests in Austria and Germany.
• Klarna: Available for guests in Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Sofort: Available for guests in supported countries.

Which payment methods are available in my country?

Some payment methods are only available in certain countries. Here is an overview of the country-specific options:

• France: Credit cards, including Carte Bancaire, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
• Austria and Germany: Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, SEPA direct debit, Klarna, and Sofort.

Can I pay with Apple Pay or PayPal?

Yes. Apple Pay and PayPal are accepted on Holidu. If you choose one of these options at checkout, simply follow the on-screen steps to complete your payment securely.

Can I pay in installments with Klarna?

Klarna is available for guests in Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands. If Klarna is offered during checkout for your booking, you can select it as your payment method. Check the Klarna payment options shown at checkout to see the terms that apply to you.

Why can't I see a payment method I want to use?

If a payment method does not appear at checkout, it may not be available for your country or for the booking you are making. Try another accepted payment method, such as a major credit card or PayPal.
