Can I change my payment method on Holidu?
Should your payment fail, you’ll have the opportunity to update your payment method. We’ll send you a secure payment link via email, making it easy to enter a new payment method and complete your transaction.
If the original payment goes through successfully, the payment method cannot be changed.
Please remember:
- All official emails from Holidu are sent only from the domain @holidu.com.
- Never click on suspicious links or download unexpected attachments.
- Be cautious with urgent messages asking for personal or payment details.
- When in doubt, always log into your booking via the Holidu app or the official Holidu website.
If you suspect you’ve received a fraudulent email:
- Do not reply or provide any personal details.
- Contact your bank if you have already shared payment information.
- Forward the suspicious message to support@holidu.com so we can investigate.
