Contact Your Host First
If you've already booked a property with Holidu, the best person to contact for support is your accommodation provider (your host). Your host manages the property and will be there to welcome you when you arrive. They can answer most questions about your stay and provide everything you need to prepare.
You can find your host's contact information in the "Your Host" section of your confirmation email. This email was sent to you after your booking was confirmed.
If You Haven't Received Your Reservation Details
If your arrival date is approaching and you haven't received your confirmation email with host contact details, reach out to your host directly using any contact information you may have. If you still cannot get in touch, we're here to help.
