The easiest way to find your check-in instructions is through your booking confirmation email. Holidu sends this email immediately after your reservation is confirmed. The email contains your exact property address and key collection instructions.

If you haven't received the email, check your spam or junk folder first—it may have been filtered there by mistake. If you still can't find it, don't worry. You can access the same information through your account.

Use the Holidu App or Website

You can view your check-in details anytime by logging into your Holidu account.

To access your check-in information:

1. Open the Holidu app or visit Holidu.com
2. Log into your account using your email and password
3. Navigate to the "Bookings" or "My Reservations" section
4. Select your upcoming reservation
