When will I receive my refund for a cancelled booking?

Holidu Bookings
If your reservation has been cancelled, any applicable refund will be sent to the original payment method you used when making the reservation.
The refunded amount should appear in your bank account within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed.
Booking.com Bookings
The timing of your refund depends on the payment option you selected when booking:
Pay Now
Your refund is fully managed by Booking.com. Once your booking is cancelled, any applicable refund will be processed directly by Booking.com. For further assistance, we kindly recommend reaching out to Booking.com's customer service via chat or phone call.
Pay On Arrival
Holidu is responsible for processing your refund. Once your booking is cancelled, any applicable refund will be sent to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Depending on your bank's processing speed, the refund should appear in your account within 2 to 4 business days.
Airbnb Bookings
If your reservation has been cancelled, any applicable refund will be processed by Airbnb since they handle all payments directly. We kindly recommend reaching out to Airbnb's customer service via chat for further support.
