I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?
If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
1. Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)
A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation—you must set it up yourself.
To create an account as a guest:
- Go to holidu.com.
- Click Account in the top right corner.
- Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu.
- On the login page, choose one of the following options:
- Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
- Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address.
- Follow the prompts to complete the setup.
Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.
2. Check for Typos
Verify that there are no typos in your email address or password when logging in. Even small mistakes—or extra spaces—can block access.
3. Forgot Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
