How do I create a Holidu account as a guest?

A Holidu account is not created automatically when you make a reservation. You need to set one up yourself:

1. Go to holidu.com.
2. Click Account in the top right corner.
3. Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu.
4. On the login page, choose one of the following options:
   • Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
   • Select Continue with E-mail to create an account with your email address.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.

After your account is created, you can link your existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.

What if I made a typo in my email address or password?

Small mistakes can stop you from logging in. Before you try again, check the following:

• Your email address is spelled correctly and does not contain extra spaces.
• Your password is entered exactly as you created it, including capital letters and special characters.
• Your keyboard layout or Caps Lock is not causing unexpected characters.
• You are using the email address you signed up with, not a different one you may also use.

If you signed up with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, use the same provider to log in.

How do I reset my Holidu password if I have forgotten it?

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the login page:
