Gli Oleandri welcomes you to San Teodoro: a 50 sqm holiday home ideal for up to 4 guests.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 fully renovated bathroom; the double bed features a topper for added comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your use, and you will also have a washing machine, television, and fan at your disposal.
For families with young children, a cot is available. Outside, you can relax in your private garden, with all windows overlooking greenery and flowers.
Two private covered terraces allow you to enjoy the sea breeze while keeping the house cool.
You will also have a private barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners. Surrounded by nature, the property does not have Wi-Fi—perfect for those who truly wish to disconnect and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is one private parking space and additional parking available on the street.
