Das zusammengewürfelte Mobiliar sowie die die beschränkte Raumtemperatur von 20 Grad bei bis zu 3 Grad minus. Defekte Lampen in allen Räumen des Wohnbereichs sowie abgeklebte Licht-oder Steckschalter.
