+Wohnung ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend, wenn man dort keine ganzen Tage verbringen möchte
+etwa 5*10 m großer Pool im Wohnkomplex für etwa 60 Parteien vorhanden und außer einmal sogar für uns alleine verfügbar
