Ruhige Umgebung, Nähe zum Filmpark Babelsberg, Bäckerei und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, aber auch selbst Kochen ist in der gut ausgestatteten Küche möglich, mit dem Bus oder dem Fahrrad ist es nicht weit in die historische Potsdamer Altstadt.
