Das Haus war sehr geräumig und verfügte über ein großes Bad plus Gäste WC , Ausstattung gut
Die Temperaturen im Schlafzimmer (Dachgeschoss) lagen bei 30° C und waren auch durch angepasstes Lüften und den Einsatz eines Ventilators nicht zu beeinflussen.

Geräumige Wohnung in Doppelhaushälfte mit großer, komplett ausgestatter Küche und großer Diele mit Garderobe und Gäste-WC im Parterre und geräumigem Aufenthaltsraum mit Doppelbett und großem Badezimmer inkl. WC im Dachgeschoss. Gute Stellplatzmöglichkeit für da Auto auf der Straße.
Herr Kürbis, der Vermieter, wohnt selbst im Haus und ist sehr freundlich, zugewandt und auskünftsfreudig.
