The accommodation is ideal for couples, solo travelers, artists, course participants, and business guests.
The bright studio is newly furnished, well equipped, and suitable for allergy sufferers.
There is a tower fan and heating.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
You have a bed (140x200 cm) and a sofa bed (160 cm). The kitchenette is equipped with two hotplates, a fridge, coffee maker, WMF microwave, and kettle. A private garden area with a barbecue invites you to relax.
Wi-Fi and TV are available.
A guest parking space is provided.
On request, we provide a sunshade, beach mat, and beach towels for the lake at no extra charge. The property has good connections to train, bus, and boat, and Friedrichshafen Airport is easily accessible.
The lake, swimming, sailing, bike rental, boat and train, a thermal spa, and a golf course are all about five minutes away. Studio guests can use the artist’s studio, join weekend courses, or enjoy an open studio.
If you wish, you can paint your own Lake Constance picture.
The special studio atmosphere is noticeable as soon as you enter.

Gute Lage, Sehr nette , freundliche Vermieterin.
Leider defekte laute Kühlanlage im Nebenhaus (Metzgerei).Wurde aber von der Vermieterin schon reklamiert.
Die Unterkunft für Familie ist nicht zu empfehlen

Leider für eine Familie einfach zu klein nun gut . Wir hatten uns beobachtet gefühlt , Die Gastgeberin war immer auf der Lauer , Einfach nicht zu empfehlen . Zimmer waren auch nicht sauber, Haare und Staub unterm Bett .Das geht garnicht , ein Hotel wäre sinnvoller gewesen . Und der Hammer ist ja , ...
