Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Burgau in der Nähe des Strands und guter Restaurants. Ab ca. 23:00 ist es trotzdem ruhig.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm.
Es wäre schön, wenn mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf Sauberkeit gelegt würde. Toilette und Waschbeckenüberlauf hatten dunkle Ablagerungen, das Waschmaschinengummi hatte dunkle Schimmelablagerungen, die Duscharmaturen waren verkalkt, der Ventilator völlig verstaubt und an der Wand klebte eine tote Spinne.
