Located to the east, the “Aix” gîte, adjoining the “Oléron” gîte, offers 120 m² of space.
It includes three upstairs bedrooms (two double rooms, one with bunk beds and two single beds), a living-dining room with sofa and armchairs, and a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer).
There is a bathroom, a shower room with washing machine and dryer, and two separate toilets.
Outdoors
You will have access to private outdoor parking, a 1,500 m² shared garden with a children’s play frame, ping-pong table, barbecue, and garden furniture.
The heated indoor pool is open year-round from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. It is secured and locked. Due to its shallow depth (1.20 m), jumping is not allowed.
For your leisure, we offer activities such as ping-pong, Molky, boules, trapeze, and swing.
House & grounds
Set on a 20-hectare farm, our rural gîtes are former outbuildings fully renovated to offer peaceful and relaxing stays. They can be rented individually or together.
