This single-storey detached house features two bedrooms (one double bed, two singles), a living-dining room with TV, DVD player, and wired or Wi-Fi internet, and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer).
The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer.

Enjoy a covered outdoor terrace with stunning views of the Brouage ramparts and Marennes bell tower.
You’ll have access to private outdoor parking, a 1,500 m² shared garden with a children’s play area, ping-pong table, barbecue, and garden furniture.
The heated, covered pool is open year-round from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, secured and locked. With a shallow depth (1.2 m), diving is not allowed.
For leisure, you can enjoy ping-pong, Molky, boules, trapeze, and swings.
House & grounds
Set on a 20-hectare working farm, our rural cottages are renovated former outbuildings designed for relaxation. They can be rented individually or as a group.
Catering is available on site.

Hartelijk onthaal!
Uit de omschrijving blijkt niet duidelijk dat lakens en handdoeken niet inbegrepen zijn. Je kan ze wel huren ter plaatse voor een supplement. De prijs hiervoor is niet vermeld.
Het is verder afgelegen dan verwacht, in de dorpen in de omgeving zijn geen geopende restaurants.
