Our modern, fully equipped holiday apartment is located in the stork village of Böhringen, in a quiet residential area.
Böhringen is connected to both the train and city bus, making it an ideal base for exploring the entire Lake Constance region.
Radolfzell is just a few minutes away, and you can enjoy a refreshing swim in Lake Böhringen. The comfortable apartment features modern furnishings, a fireplace, two TVs, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, and a walk-in wardrobe in the bedroom.
In the living room, there is a sofa bed with slatted frame for children.
Upon request, you can use the sauna in the bathroom for an extra fee. You have access to a shared outdoor area in the garden with a heated pool (April to November), outdoor shower, and gas grill.

Das Haus wurde entsprechend geheizt. Und Pool und Sauna haben den Aufenthalt angenehm verschönert.
Eine Kleinigkeit in der Sauna. Ein Brett der Stufen sollte richtig befestigt werden. Ja, das mittlere Brett der Sauna könnte eine Schraube zur Befestigung vertragen. Ansonsten alles ok !.

Großes bequemes Bett.
Supermarkt und Bodensee sind sehr schnell mit Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
Wlan war langsam und ist teilweise aufgefallen.
