Voldoende ruimte in het huis.
Airconditioning buiten maakte erg veel lawaai en buurman op 2 hoog veroorzaakte in de nacht veel overlast en is door de politie gearresteerd.

Heerlijk zwembad met tuin. Dagelijks onderhoud.
Om de 3e slaapkamer te bereiken moet je door de 2e slaapkamer. Best ongemakkelijk. De airco in de tuin maakt belachelijk veel lawaai. Is oud en rammelt aan alle kanten. Niet te doen.
