This modern 55 m² apartment in Friedrichskoog welcomes up to 5 guests—ideal for 3 adults and 2 children.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and high-quality mattresses, and a children’s room with a bunk bed. An additional sleeping option is available on the sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment features a modern bathroom and a bright, open, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge with freezer, soda maker, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Dishes, cutlery, and pots are provided.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferencing), TV with free streaming service, baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children. Enjoy your private balcony or use your own barbecue for outdoor meals. A parking space is available on the property.
Pets are welcome, but events are not permitted.
A private washing machine and dryer are located in the garage of the nearby holiday home (about 200 m away) and can be used for an extra fee. The apartment is directly opposite a mother-and-child clinic—ideal for clinic visitors.
The main dike access is just a few steps away, so you are almost right by the sea. Public transport is easily accessible.
Nearby you’ll find mini golf, playgrounds, a bakery, restaurants, tourist information, and bike rental.
The seal station, Büsum, St. Peter-Ording, and Hamburg can be reached by car in about an hour. Since December 2025, the dike has reopened.
When walking on the dike, you have an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. In spring 2026, the Trischen dike is scheduled to officially open.
The dike and spa park have been modernized and now shine in new splendor.

Ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferien"zuhause". Wirklich tolle Ausstattung in sehr guter Lage!
Das Auffinden des Schlüssel war etwas abenteuerlich, da die Zufahrt nicht gleich als solche erkennbar war. Mit der tollen Anleitung des Vermieters ist aber auch das zu schaffen gewesen!
Tolle Lage schönes Ambiente.

Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, es mangelt eigentlich an nichts zumindest für unser Wochenende.
Der einzige Punkt war die fast leere Zewa Rolle, für die es in der Wohnung auch keinen findbaren Ersatz gab.
Eine tolle Ferienwohnung!
