Les draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis .L'hôte est serviable et disponible. La literie est confortable et les couvertures sont douces et propres.
L'emplacement (au milieu des immeubles),. La vaisselle n'est pas adaptée pour une famille (seulement 3 fourchettes, taille des gamelles beaucoup trop petit...). Les poêles sont a jeter tellement abîmées. Tout est gras. Le tapis de douche moisi. Le joint du frigo noir de saleté. Les moustiquaires sont cassées. Un placard cuisine mal fixé, cafetière qui fuit, panière à linge très sale...
