ruhige Lage, grundsätzlich war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Wenn ein bisschen mehr Liebe reingesteckt werden würde, wäre es eine Top Unterkunft.
Der Wohnung würde eine Renovierung gut tun. 70 / 80iger Jahre Fließenstiel im Bad trifft auf älteres Holzmobiliar im Wohnzimmer und Schlafraum. In der Küche hat es leider stark nach Chemie oder sonst etwas gerochen. Die Küche sollte dringend modernisiert werden. Das Unkraut auf der Terrasse könnte vor Anreise im Sommer auch entfernt werden.
