In winter, you can return directly from the ski slope on skis; the cross-country ski trail is only 5 minutes away.

Pets are not allowed. Nearby you will also find a children's playground, a football field, a bowling alley and a tennis court.

The property offers free parking.

Air conditioning is not available.

Please respect quiet hours after 11:00 p.m. and note that waste separation is mandatory in the neighbourhood. You can benefit from discounts at restaurants, shops, rentals, ski school and thermal baths.

A ski storage room is available.

Next to Casa Nicoletta there is a mechanical workshop which may occasionally limit parking, but an alternative solution is always provided.
