Ruhige Lage, große Terrasse, Außendusche, ausreichend Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder; großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank; super nette Agenzia mit super Service über WhatsApp!
Die Wohnung ist schon etwas abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen; in den Schlafzimmern gibt es Deckenventilatoren aber keine Klimaanlage; ein Geschirrspüler wäre schön; der Wasserdruck ist gering; die Auffahrt ist steil und unwegsam (nicht für jedes Auto geeignet); dafür ist der Preis doch sehr hoch - aber ist auch Elba

Abgelegen in Pinienwald. Dafür ruhig (und keine andern Mieter im Haus) Zufahrt sehr schlecht und nur mit 4 x 4 möglich. Zuerst praktisch kein warmes Wasser und Wasserdruck so niedrig, dass Duschen kaum möglich war. Nach Reklamation war aber der Klempner zwar innert 5 Minuten vor Ort, konnte das Prob...
Sehr entspannt und ruhig.

Das die Terrasse eingezäunt war (wegen unserem Hund).
Das Bad ist schon etwas älter.
