Große überdachte Terrasse, viel Platz, schöne Küche, ruhige Lage. Die Kartbahn in der Nähe war noch nicht in Betrieb. Der kleine Privatflugpatz war wenig genutzt hat nicht gestört. Zentrale Lage auf der Insel. Man ist in 10 Minuten auf der Nord -oder Südseite. Sehr nette Kommunikation.

Das Haus liegt super für Elba. Man ist in kurzer Zeit in jeder Ecke der Insel. Man kann hier die absolute Privatspäre genießen, da das Grundstück sehr schön eingewachsen ist. Dem Haus fehlt etwas Liebe, es ist sehr nüchtern. Hier und da ein Bild an der Wand wäre schön, um es einfach gemütlicher zu machen. Aber das ist unser Geschmack.
