The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, so it can accommodate up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, fan, washing machine and Smart TV with Chromecast.
The villa has a private outdoor area with garden, uncovered terrace, covered terrace, plastic pool (open from 15 June to the end of September) and barbecue.
The beach is only a 10-minute drive away (6 km). Free parking is available on the street.
Pets, groups, parties and events are strictly forbidden.
Check-in is only available for guests over 25 years old. At check-in a cash deposit must be paid in cash, which will be returned at check-out when the property is checked if everything is in order. La tranquilidad y poco ruido que te molesta a cualquier hora del día. También la muy buena conservación de la casa, y el jardín.
Que la piscina solo estuviera disponible en verano.
